WASHINGTON, November 18
A United States cruiser has gone to Krontsadt to remove Americans and others if necessary. She will also remove the Czar and his family if he desires to seek safety, as it as doubtful whether the rebels would allow a German or French warship to pass tho fortifications.
A GREAT EXODUS FROM MOSCOW
Received November 19, 4.16 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, November 18. There is a great exodus from Moscow, including Prince Mirski and his family.
