Tho Argentine Government propose to establish direct lines of steamers between hero and European ports, making tho voyage in 12 or 14 days, with a subsidy of 28,000 dollars, to be paid tor every double trip.
BELGRADE, September 12. Tha Servian Government has vigorously protested to the Porte against the action of a thousand Arnauts from Priepolye, near Novibazar, who crossed the frontier, killing five guards and wounding six. Two companies of Servian infantry have gone to the frontier, and the Nish garrison is in readiness.
