SALVATION ARMY.
TO-NIGHT'S ANNIVERSARY
MEETING
Wo would again remind oiir readers of the Salvation Army's twenty-first anniversary to be celebrated to-night by a monster tea meeting, followed by a musical treat from several leading artist? of the town. At 6 p.m. the tea tables will be laden with all the good things imaginable. At 7.45 Mr. Carson will take the chair and preside over what promises to be one of the most enjoyable and up-to-date of musical evenings. The tickets have been going off well, and everything points to a most successful anniversary. We would advise intending patrons to be early. By securing a ticket for the tea at Is. a pass will be received for the after meeting. Adjutant Thurkettle and his staff of workers are sparing no pains in trying to make the evening's attraction one of the very best, so it can be relied on that a good thing is in store for all who attend.
