The "Daily Mail's" St.^ Petersburg correspondent reports that the Naval Reserve battalion, while drilling at Kronstadt, refused to execute an order. An officer shot the nearest soldier. Eight of the men bayonetted and killed the officer. Cossacks arrested the aggiessors, and the latter have been sentenced to death, and will be shortly hanged. This revolt—near Peterhof— profoundly impressed the Czar.
