United Press Association—Copyright. Received July 11, 10.33 p.m. MELBOURNE, July 11. The Inter-State Labour Conference adopted as its objective the cultivation of Australian sentiment based upon racial purity and the development and enlightenment of a self-reliant comI munity, the securing of the full result? of their industry to all producers by collective ownership of monopolies and the extension of the industrial and economic functions of State and municipality. A long debate took place on a I motion that all candidates in the Labour interest be pledged to new protection.
