The wool sold to Home buyers was 37 000 bales, to the Continent 40,000, to America 2,000; held over 1,000. Compared with September the sales were good. Scoured merinos were par to a, halfpeifii7 dearer, medium superior greasers ahaifpenny, and those suitable for America occasionally a penny. Crossbreds .are fully ten per cent. Lambs are unchanged except faulty merinos, which are five per cent cheaper.
