ATHENS, July 8.
The new Greek Government formaed by M. Theotokisi, Waving refused to sanction the cuirant monopoly, riotous disturbances occurred in the provinces, which led to the Cabinet's resignation on the ground that most -rigorous measures alonle would maintain order. The peasants, who were prevented from boarding trains with a view ,to going to Athens to join : the demonstration against thfa Government, destroyed the railway lines in several places.
