PUBLIC NOTICES. UPPER WANGAEHU ROAD BOARD. SPECIAL ORDER'No. 1; NOTICE ia hereby given that it is the intention of the Upper Wangaehu Road Board, at a Special Meeting to be held on SATURDAY, November Ist, 1902. to pass a resolution making a Special Order, raising a Loan of £1500, under SubSection 4 of Section 14 of '"The" Local Bodies Loans Act. 1901," for the purpose of Forming Adamson's-Ruanui-Turakina Road It ia proposed : — (1) To form a Cart Road from MiHenry Collier's property, Sees. 76, 77, 78, Blocks V. ahd VI., Maungakaretu, on the Turakina River, via the Ruanui Station, to connect with the cart road leading to Paengaroa. (2) To take the road (if necessary) under the Public Works Actj 1894. (3) To set aside for engineering and contingent expenses £50. (4) That the cost of raising loan be paid out of loan. (5) That the first, year's interest during construction be paid out of loan. (6) That the loan be for a period of 41 years, and the interest 3£ per cent per annum. (7) To borrow under the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901, on Petition as provided by Sub-Section 4, of Section 14, £1500 for the purpose. (8) That the security,to b& offered be a Special Rate of l-6th of a ipenny in the pound of the Rateable Value of all properties within that portion of the Upjpea* Wangaehu Road District, bounded by a lin' commencing on the West Bank of the Turakina River at the East corner of Set! ion 6, Block 11., in the Maungakaretu Survey District, and thenco (going southward) bounded on the East by the Tura kina River to a point due West oi the South-west corner of Sec. 3c Raketapauma Block; thence on the North' (crossing the Turakina River by the said Sec. 3c to Sec. lb, Raketapauma Block; thence on the East by the said Sec. lb; thence on the North by said Sec. lb; ; thence ofn the East by Sees.
