DUNEDIN, March 2.

Tho crowd which turned out to witness the March of the Indian troops did nnt fall much short of that for the European section of the representative corps. The Indians were heartily cheered along the whole route. The Volunteers to the number of about 400, headed the procession, the Garrison Band playing before the Indians . Cavalry, n section of which was mounted. Tha Mayor welcomed the men and the Hon C. H. Mills made a* short speech. Many of the Indians visited the Theatre in the evening.

After the warmth of Saturday the weather is pgain cold to-day, and the Indians kept mostly to their quarters.
