t — LONDON, September 16. Tho Boers at Nelspruit are fighting each other and looting. They aro disgusted at Kruger deserting them and taking gold, leaving only bia note money, known as "bluebacks.- 1 There are prospects of an early surrender. The Boer peace delegates in Europe have appealed, to the nations to intervene now the regular war has ended ind inhnman methods against the Boers — so-called rebels — have begun. They declare the Boers will fight to the last breath. The Portuguese Governor at Delagoa. has informed Kruger that the restrictions placed on his actions were necessary in order to avoid complications with Greqt Britain. ».
