Tho ..minutes of previous meeting were lead and confirmed. <\ Correspondence was read — From ValuerGeneral, Accident Insurance .Company, Forde, Bradley, Bank of Ne-v 'Icalnro 1 (Patea), Patea County ooincil. To— F McDonald, R. M. Bradley, Bank -f N.Z. (Patea), Government Auaitor, Forde, Ken- f nedy, Hope-Joliuslone. > Tho bank-books were laid on tb) table, showing a general account (.uedit) of £412 , lis 3d ; special account (ere lit) of £206 2s 6d. The Chairman w«s authorized tc pay the } balance of premiums due tho Accident In- \ surance Company, and_ to make i'jesh ar- { rangements for further insura me of Board' surfaceman. Mr Forde reported having let ti.o work for repairing the Omatu Bri.ige to Messrs ,! Pearson and Godfrey, for je ' sum of £12.
