JOHNSONVILLE STOCK REPORT. (By Telegraph.) Si'kci.m. to Chronicle. JOHN SON yiLLB, January 31. Messrs Freeman R. Jackson, in conjunction with Messrs Abraham and Williams, report :— Fat cattle were in average supply. The general qnality was good, with a few pens of prime sorts of beef was easier by ls the 1001b. Fat sheep in moderate supply, wero second rate, and only of moderate inferior quality. No pigs were yarded. We quote: — Cattla- Prime oxen, £6 ;ios to £6 13s ; others, £6 5s to _6 15s ; light weights, £4 15s to £4 17s 6d ; prima maiden heifers, £4 17s 6d to £5 7s Od ; prime fab cows, _3 15s to £4 7s 6d. Sheep— Fat ewes, 6s lld to 7s lld ;-fat wethers, 8s to 9s 2d ; fut lambs, 6s 9d to 8s I 6d ; shorn, 4s lOd to 6s 6d.
