Constantinople, February 29. Two hundred Armenians have been arrested here and chargod with being concerned in the recent ruvolfc. In order to pr3vent an outbreak in Eamajan great military pr'e cautions have bean taken. Consuls who wera atnacked in Jcddeh claim an indemnity of half-a» million Iraucs.
