The Patea Racing Club's annual hack meeting toofc place yesterday, and was well attended, some 1200 people being present, a large number going from Wanganui, The arrangements were good, the totalisator being under the charge of Mr Frank Neylon, who, with his assistants, paid out promptly after each race.
