A BOY DROWNS HIS SISTER.
♦ [By Electric Telegraph —Copyright.] (Pan Press Association.) Perth, January 22. Two boys named Chipper, accompanied by their sister; aged six years, .went on the ferry. The sister anncyed the elder lad, aged 15, who pushed her into the water and drowned her. He threatened his younger brother if he told, but subsequently ho confessed, and was arrested on a charge of murder.
