Sitting in bankruptcy, Mr Justice Williams suspended for three months the order for discharge of Samuel Shaw, a • farmer, for not keeping accounts. Counsel pointed out that scarcely any firmer kept books. His Honor said this was not a case for- a long suspension, but the Court should mark itsclisappointmentatthe abBBnce of records. It should be understood that, Whatever a person's business was, when in future he come before the Bankruptcy Court, in no case would the immediate discharge bo granted unless accounts were kept. " '
