(Gr Eleoteic Telegraph — Cot-xriqht] PRESENTATION TO A FENIAN LEADER. (Per Press Association ) London, May 17. The Duke of Abarcom will preside at tho Ulster Convention. Messrs John O'Leary and "W. Redmond, on behalf of Iho subscribers, presented Stephens, fie Fonian, -with the title deeds of a housß in Dublin. On the occasion of the presentation several speeches ware made, and Mr Redmond, in tlit ctm-se of his remarks, stated that he fully shared Mr Stephen's aspirations. Ottawa, May 17. The Liberals of the Dominion Parliament intend to bring forward a motion affirming the dosirablenpss of Home Rule being granted to Ireland.
