[Bt Electric Telegraph— Copyb;ght.] VICTORIA AGAIN IK THE MARKET. (Per Press Association.) Sydney, May 17. The Hon. J. See, Colonial Treasurer, states that owing to the success attending the recent issue of Treasury bills, the Government will not require to go to the London, market for further money this year. London, May 17.A cable message announcing that the Victorian Government is awaiting a chance to float a two million loan has created uneasiness in the money market. A lar_?e number of the leading firms among the brokers in the City declare : they are able to place a two million loan at 3} at 04. It is believed in the City that it is possible to place a million o£ Victorian 1 Treasury bills on similar terms to those of New South Walus, though both, operations will damage Colonial Stocks. ,
