He notifies that the report will' be most favourable. Mr Brabant, at prenont R.M. at Tau-' ranga, is to receive the ■ appointment of Resident Native Land Court Judge here. A man named Thompson was fencing at Tolgaßay, when he was suddenly stricken with paralysis on tho left side of his body. He was brought to Giaborne and lies dying at the Hospital, , having received other strokes since his removal.
