The Porte has replied to the demands made by the Busaian Q-ovenimeut to explain the agreement entered into with Bulgaria. In his reply, the Sultan states that he hopes the agreement arrived at will be adhered .to, since it is evident that Turkey has been faithful to the terms of the Berlin Treaty.
