LONDON RIOTS.
THE BIOTEBS DISPERSED AND PEAC& RESTORED. THE POLICE BLAMED FOB INACTION. (reuter's telegrams.) (Received February 10, 1.30 p.m.) London, February 9. Order has at length been restored in the West End after the riotous proceedings of the unemployed. The ainouut of damage done has not been fully estimated, but it is known to be immense. Crowds of roughs assembled this morning in Trafalgar Square and the vicinity, but were easily dispersed. The jewellers' Bhops, however, remaiued closed in anticipation of further violence.
