MELBOURNE.

July 21. The trial of Henderson, Wright, and Wallace, of the steamship Ferrett, was concluded to-day. The jury returned a verdict of guilty of conspiracy to defraud the Customs and intending purchasers, and guilty, with extenuating circumstances, on the other counts of the indictment. There was a want of evidence regarding the owners of the vessel. Sentence is deferred until Saturday next.
