CARS FOR CIVILIANS
PRODUCTION MAY BE RESUMED IN UNITED STATES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WASHINGTON, May 21. A spokesman declared that the War Production Board may permit the resumption of the production of civilian automobiles from July, starting with 2,000,000 cars, probably 1942 models with modifications.
