REGENT THEATRE
“NORTH-WEST RANGERS.” A thrill-packed drama of the North will be brought to the screen tonight at the Regent Theatre, when “North-West Rangers,” in which three of the screen's best known artists appear, James Craig, Wm. Lundigan and Patricia Dane. It is a story of Mountie v. crook, a thrilling drama of the Red .Coats, the great body of men who are ready for rough work and ready for romance. They live dangerously and love every bit of it in the Far North. “SPORTING BLOOD.” The associate picture, "Sporting Blood,” stars Robert Young, Maureen O’Sullivan and Lewis Stone. It brings to patrons biographies of great people and historical events. It is a drama I alive with something that holds the interest of thousands—the sport of horse racing. It brings to the screen a story of Virginia’s horse racing, and a highlight is the running of a great handicap, which is a most colourful event. The picture is a huirian story of unusual appeal and charm.
