To keep Canada’s war planes flying over frozen Arctic wastes during the worst sub-zero temperatures, the Canadian Air Force is opening a winter experimental flight at Kapuskasing, Ontario, which is noted for its long and cold winters. Investigation will be made into winter flying requirements of all types of operational aircraft used by the R.C.A.F.
