COSY THEATRE
“FREEDOM RADIO.” “Freedom Radio” and “Lone Waif Meets a Lady,” will head the programme at the Cosy Theatre tonight night. The exploits of the famous German freedom radio are related in the “Freedom Radio.” A fine cast is headed by Clive Brook and Diana Wynyard, and as the Viennese throat specialist and his lovely wife, who is an ardent admirer of the Nazis, they both give creditable performances. The supporting cast is headed by Joyce Howard and Raymond Huntley, who appear as a young couple whose romance is blighted by the evil influence of the Gestapo. In “Lone Wlolf Meets a Lady,” William Warren is seen again in another of his famous Lone Wolf series.
