SERVICE CLUB EUCHRE PARTY LAST NIGHT. (“Times-Age” Special.) There was a fair attendance at the euchre party held last night in aid of the Service Club funds. Donations were received from Mesdames Batty, Law,son and Chaston. The winners of the competitions were Mrs Elliot and Mrs Watson. Mrs Cuff won the first prize at cards. Fellowship of Youth. There was a good attendance of members at the Fellowship of Youth gathering last evening whpn the time was spent in playing table tennis and discussing matters relative to the Fellowship. Personal items. An enjoyable time was spent at the residence of Mr and Mrs C. C. Corlet, Pahautea on Sunday evening, when many friends gathered to congratulate Miss Nancy Corlet on reaching her 21st birthday. Mrs Perry, Miss Ward and Miss Nancy Corlet, of Wellington, were the weekend guests of Mrs C. Corlet. COSY THEATRE “ONE NIGHT IN LISBON.” Tomorrow night’s programme will be headed by the outstanding comedydrama, “One Night in Lisbon,” in which Billie Burke, Madeleine Carroll and Fred Mac Murray have the leading roles.
