NAZIS FOR TRIAL
LISTED BY THE POLISH GOVERNMENT SHOOTING OF HOSTAGES. AND DELIBERATE STARVATION OF JEWS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, April 19. The Polish Government in London is making progress with the work of compiling a list of Nazis for trial after the war. Frank, Gov-ernor-General of Poland, heads the list, followed by three hundred ’State officials in Poland and incorporated territories who have been responsible for maladministration. Their crimes include the shooting of hostages, maltreatment of prisoners in concentration camps and the starvation of Jews in shelters. It is understood that 1 an average of 800 Jews are dying daily as a result, of starvation.
