RED CROSS SOCIETY (“Times-Age” Special.) The secretary of the local centre of the Red Cross Society reports that the results achieved at last Thursday’s shop day were most encouraging, considering the inclement weather. A very useful article has been received from Mrs G. Kent, late of Mauriceville, and is to be disposed of in aid of the Red Cross Society’s funds. Personal. Mr A. E. Clarke, of Mauriceville East, has received advice from his son “Snowie,” that he is at a prisoner of war camp in Crete. Parcels for Soldiers.
