(By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) JERUSALEM, November 17. In a fierce weekend battle, southwards of Nish. Serbian guerillas wiped out a German expeditionary column numbering 320. All the independent guerilla bands are now united under the command of Colonel Mikhailovitch, who is carrying out an offensive against a whole series of enemy garrisons in Yugoslavia. The Germans are rushing up reinforcements to Serbia from other countries and have begun arresting intellectuals as hostages.
