WAIRARAPA TOURNEY BROUGHT TO A CLOSE ON SATURDAY. FINAL RESULTS. The Wairarapa Croquet tournament was brought to a close at Masterton on Saturday, the results being as follow: — Handicap Singles: —Semi-final: Mrs McKeown (SJ) defeated Mrs Polson (■), 26-11; Mr Baker (61) defeated Mrs Donnelly (2D, 26-16. Final: Mr Baker (61) defeated Mrs McKeown (51). Handicap Doubles:—Mesdames Doggett (4) and Polson (J) defeated Mesdames Scrivener (6) and J. McGregor (8), 26-9. Final: Mesdames Polson and Doggett defeated Mrs Kingdon (61) and Mr Harrison (scr.), 26-4. Post Entries: —Mrs Taylor (10) defeated Mrs Copp (11), 26-14; Mrs Dagg (54) defeated Mrs Weller (5), 26-24; Mrs McMaster (10) defeated Mrs Shearer (6), 26-19; Mrs Morris (SJ) defeated Mrs McArley (91), 26-24; Mrs Morris defeated Mrs McMaster (10), 26-19; Mrs Taylor (10) defeated Mrs McKeown, 26-9; Mrs Scrivener defeated Mrs Wilson Thompson, 26-24; Mrs Scrivener defeated Mrs Morris (5-1), 26-24.
