In this issue the Wairarapa Returned Soldiers’ Association appeals for donations of literature for distribution to camps, hospitals and transports. The class of literature required is principally books in paper covers, of detective, western and adventure types, Penguin and Pelican editions, story magazines, etc. Residents of the Wairarapa are asked to leave parcels at the office of any branch of the Wairarapa Returned Soldiers’ Association.
