DOYLE, James H, Sgmn. Mr J. F. Doyle, 13 Town Belt, Greymouth (b). HOOK, Eric A., Pte. Mr G. J. Hook, 314 High St, Dunedin, C.l. (f). HUBBARD, Waller F„ Sgmn. Mrs E. M. Hubbard, French Pass, Cambridge (m). AIR CASUALTIES MARTINBOROUGH SERGEANT MISSING. MUIR, Donald F., Sgt., R.A.F., killed aircraft accident. Mr B. Muir, “Herald” Office, Gisborne (f). HALL, Amos T„ Sgt., R.N.Z.A.F., missing on air operations. Mrs C. O.
