TABLE TENNIS MATCH CARTERTON v. GREYTOWN. (“Times-Age” Special.) The annual table tennis match between the Carterton and Greytown Methodist clubs took place at Greytown on Saturday night. In the ladies’ singles, honours were even —10 games each. Carterton won the ladies’ doubles, 7 games to 3. Greytown won the men’s singles, 12 games to 9, whilst Carterton won the men’s doubles, 5 games to 4. The combined doubles was won by Grey town, 11 games to 8. Mr Ray Eaton, who was injured at football practice some months ago, is now making satisfactory progress towards recovery.
