RUGBY UNION MATCHES. SENIOR AND THIRD GRADE RESULTS. (“Times-Age” Special.) The football matches played on Saturday under the auspices of the Bush Rugby Union resulted as follows: — Senior. Mangatainoka. 23; Eketahuna, 9. Hamua; 10; Nircaha, 9. Konini, 13; Hukanui, 6. Pahiatua, 23: Marima, 3. Third Grade. Mangatainoka, 11; Eketahuna, 6. Hukanui, 13; Nireaha, 5. Pahiatua A, 30; Pahiatua. B, 0. In the senior game, Johnston, Fallover and Lowe scored tried for Eketahuna. In the third grade game, Payne kicked two penalty goals for Eketahuna. Next Saturday, the Eketahuna seniors will play Konini, and the Eketahuna thirds will meet Pahiatua B.
