DISSOLVED BY THE CZECHS. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) PRAGUE, December 23. Cabinet has formally dissolved the Communist Party and unseated 25 Communist Deputies and thirteen Senators, dismissed Prague’s Communist Vice-Mayor, and hundreds of officials and confiscated party property. The decision does not require Parliamentary ratification.
