PROPOSED LIMITATIONS IN HUNGARY. DEPRIVATION OF CITIZENSHIP. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. BUDAPEST, December 23. An Anti-Semitic Bill, which has been circulated, permits the deprivation of citizenship acquired later than 1914, separate Jewish elections for not more than six per cent of the representation in the Lower House, but exclusion from the Senate, the limitation of new admissions to the professions to six per cent, and in commerce twelve per cent, and also total exclusion from journalism.
