CHURCH SERVICES
Christmas celebrations of the Holy ’ Communion will be held at St Mat- ’’ thew’s Church tomorrow at 6 a.m., 7 " a.m., 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.; at Kuripuni at 9 a.m., and Upper Plain at 9.30 a.m. At St Matthew's at 7 p.m. there will be Evensong and Christmas carols, and at ? Kuripuni at the same hour the special ! lessons and carol service will be held. Special Christmas Day services will 1 be held in the Methodist Church to--5 morrow, when the Rev Frederick J. Parker will be the preacher in the ’ morning and evening, the subjects being “God’s Ministry of Surprise in • Christmas” in the morning, and in the ' evening a study in the text. “When the ’ fulness of the time was come, God sent forth His Son." Christmas hymns will ; be a special feature of the services. ' At the Kuripuni Methodist Church j tomorrow, Pastor C. H. Skuse will conduct both services, the subjects being appropriate to the day.
