USE OF ROUGE
MAKE ROSES “STAY PUT.” If your skin is very dry use a cream or paste rouge, carefully shading the edges until they blend with the surrounding skin. If it is of the oily type, use a cake rouge. You will find that by following these two hints your make-up will last much longer.
