HITLER ON THE COLONIAL ISSUE. FRIENDSHIP PERHAPS MORE IMPORTANT. (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) LONDON, April 3. Lord Londonderry, in his book “Ourselves and Germany,” recalling his unofficial visit to Herr Hitler in 1936, says Herr Hitler told him that perhaps the time will come when England will have to consider whether active friendship with Germany _is more important than the possession of a couple of colonies which are of no great value to the British Empire.
