Rabbit Poisoning.
To the Editor of the Standard. Ba,-I would like to ask, through the columns of the Standard, the opinions of thoee settlers who have had large 3 science in poisoning rabbits, princij where the feed is good and not more than four rabbit- on 1(H) acres of land. Also, Mr Editor, will you give the readers of the Standard your interof clause 9 of the Rabbit Act of 1882, where it reads, “ all such acts, deeds, matters, and things'" Can it be construed to give the Inspector the 'power to dictate to you what instrument you shall kill the rabbit with, or compel you to lay poisoned srraiu 0 u your -land which may do considerable damage to you or your neighbor's iwultry ' * 1 am, Ac., Inquirer.
