Greytown Fire Brigade.

The Greytown Volunteer Fire Brigado held its usual moutlily meeting ou Monday night. Lieut Bowers (in the unavoidable absence of Captain Maguire) in the chair, and a good attendance of members. The Secretary, Mr C. Higgins, road the minutes of the previous meeting, which were confirmed.

A vote of thanks was passed to Fireman A. E. Gardener for his elforts rewards the last torchlight procession. The Secretary was instructed to ascertain the cost of one dozen swinging torchlights. It was resolved to reply to the Mastertou Volunteer Fire Brigade that the photographer would attend ou Saturday next at noon, to take the group consisting of the winning team at the late comjxjtitiou.
