The following is the report for presentation at the thirl annual meeting of the Wellington Meat Preserving and Refrigerating Company. " Your directors beg to present the annual accounts to doth November, XB«t>. Vuur directors regret that the business done during the past year does not show a satisfactory result. Your directors arn strongly of opinion that the company is placed nt a disadvantage in not possessing freezing machinery, and they have under consideration a proposal to acquire a freezing plant, and thus he enabled to largely increase that branch of the business.
