Bush Fires.
Bush fires continue to do great damage to property in Victoria. The heat is still abnormal, in some cases reaching HOdeg in the shade. At Coudah the English perch in the dam floated to the bank and died from the heat. Thousands of wattle trees, miles of fencing, and a laree extent of grazing country have been destroyed by the fire which started in tbs Grampian ranges.
