PURSUANT to the following requiaition, and in accordance with section 16 of the Building and Land Societies Act. 1866, I hereby convene a SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING of the Members of tbs above Association for TUESDAY, the Bth day of February, 1887, at 3 o’clock p.m., in tbs offices of the Association, Oreytown. Sib,— We hereby request you to convene a Special General Meeting of the Permanent Investment and Loan Association of Wairarapa, for the purpose of amending, repealing, and re-arranging existing Rules, and making new Rules as subjoined. PROPOSED ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS. Bulb 1. Line 3. Strike out the words " the Province of Wellington " and aid the following, " and the chief office or place of holiness thereof shall be at Grey town, Wairarapa.” Line 7. Strike out “ such,’’ substitute "each." Line 8. Add " When they shall be repaid to Shareholders.” Line 10. After " properties ” insert " and upon Investment shares.” Line 13.
