A large bush fire was raging iu Morrison's Bush last night It commenced in the gram and ran through Messrs Sinclair’s Jones' MoMaster’s and Barrett's ; it crossed the road and got into Beard’s and Wakelin's bush. It is still burning and making its way towards Papawai. Udy and Gallon’s mill at Matarawa has been iu great jeapordy during tbe last few days, and man bare had to keep watch all Bight.
