A Napier Tragedy.
TWO MEN MUTILATED ATTEMPT TO BURN THE BODIES. A fire broke out in a small house near the Catholic School, at Napier, yesterday, at one o’clock. The back of the building was dig covered to be on fire by a passer, but who tailed to arouse the inmates. He ran to the nearest firebell, and both the brigades were quickly on the scene, but by that time the house was gutted and wrapped in flames. As soon as possible an entrance was effected, when the bodies of two men were ionnd fearfolly mutilated.
