Notioeof motion—Mr Candy’s notice of motion re Cemeteries was allowed to stand over till next meeting. Mr Oakly moved that the ranger be instructed not to impound cows between the hours of 7 a.m, till 6 p.m., until further notice; provided that no person be allowed to graze more than three bead ; if more than three bead, the property of the same person, are found at large, the ranger to impound the whole.
