SYDNEY AUTUMN MEETING. THIRD DAT. Sydney. April 30. The following event* were run to-day : All aged Stakes. One mile.—Cerise and Blnel, Gentility 2. Trident 3. Seven horses started for this event, which was won by two lengths in Imin 42*ec. Nelson was entered, but was scratched. Welter Handicap. Onemile and a quarter. —Fraud 1, Rapid 2, Reruns 3. Twenty-five started. Won by a length. Time, 2min 12sec.
Foal Stakes.—Volcano 1, Blairgowrie 2, Tamarisk 3.
These were the only starters. Won easily by two lengths. Time, Imin Jsec. Cumberland Stakes. Two miles.—Sandal 1, Matchlock 2, Nelson 3. The other starters were Sheet Anchor, Malua, and Dunlop, Won by a length. Time. 3min 35sec
City Handicap. One mile and a half —The Jewel 1, Preston 2, Gozo 8. Seventeen started. Won by a neck. Time 2miu 3A£seo. *
