Great Fire in Sydney.
Stdsiit, February 17.
A most destructive fire broke out to-day M the premises of Messrs HoHsworth and Maopnerion, wholesale ironmongers. The loss is estimated at £BO,OOO. which, however, ia covered by inenranee. Messrs Holdswoith and Maopberson were insured to the extent of £24,000, divided among the following offices:—Commercial Union, Assurance, the Boyal, The North British, the Northern, the Liverpool end London and Globe, and Ibe Australian Alliance (Melbourne) Companies.
